本文通过高含硫(H2S含量50~1500PPm)、高压(10MPa)油井用原油、天然气、水三种介质分离的高压分离器研制,在国内首次采用中国专利材料—含稀土和Al(铝)的抗硫化氢腐蚀的合金材料07Cr2AlMoRE钢板和09Cr2AlMoRE锻件制造高压容器。本文对07Cr2AlMoRE材料的冷热加工性能、焊接性能、耐腐蚀性能和分离器试制工艺过程的论及,提出了在高含硫高压油井分离器制造上的技术可行性,扩大了07Cr2AlMoRE钢在压力容器制造上的使用范围。
In this paper, a high pressure separator with high sulfur content (H2S content of 50 ~ 1500PPm), high pressure (10MPa) oil well separated by three kinds of media of crude oil, natural gas and water was developed.
