目的 :探讨人膀胱癌多药耐药机制。方法 :应用原位杂交和免疫细胞化学技术 ,分别对人膀胱癌耐药细胞株(BIU 87/ADM)及敏感细胞株(BIU 87)中Bcl 2基因及其产物的表达进行研究。结果 :BIU 87/ADM细胞Bcl 2基因表达呈强阳性( ) ,BIU 87细胞呈弱阳性( +)。结论 :凋亡抑制基因Bcl 2在人膀胱癌多药耐药细胞中的高表达 ,与人膀胱癌多药耐药的产生有关。
Objective: To explore the multidrug resistance mechanism of human bladder cancer. Methods: The expression of Bcl-2 gene and its product in human bladder cancer cell line BIU 87 / ADM and sensitive cell line BIU 87 were studied by in situ hybridization and immunocytochemistry respectively. Results: The expression of Bcl-2 gene in BIU 87 / ADM cells was strongly positive (P <0.05), and BIU 87 cells were weakly positive (+). Conclusion: The overexpression of apoptosis-inhibiting gene Bcl 2 in human bladder cancer multi-drug resistant cells is related to the multidrug resistance of human bladder cancer.
