目的:对血站献血服务满意度进行调查分析,并对献血服务的不足之处提出相关解决办法。方法:从2015年10月~2016年2月,选取在浙江省宁波市参与献血的300例无偿献血者为研究对象,通过问卷形式对患者的满意度进行调查,主要包括对采血技术、采血环境、献血后所得纪念品及服务态度等方面的满意度进行问卷调查,并找到服务的不足,提出相应解决方法。结果:300例献血者对血站采血技术总满意度为98.33%;对血站采血环境总满意度为88.33%;对血站所发纪念品总满意度为50%;对血站医护人员服务态度总满意度为95.00%。献血者对参与献血的总体服务满意度较好,在采血环境及献血后所发纪念品等方面有待提高。结论:血站医护人员采血技术及服务态度都较好,采血环境及献血后所发放的纪念品较差,可以通过改善血站采血环境及增加纪念品的种类提高献血者的满意度,使越来越多的人参与到无偿献血的队伍中来。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the satisfaction of blood donation service and to put forward some solutions to the shortcomings of donation service. Methods: From October 2015 to February 2016, 300 unpaid blood donors participating in blood donation in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province were selected as research subjects. The questionnaire was used to investigate the patients’ satisfaction, which included the investigation of blood sampling technique, blood sampling environment , Donations after the souvenirs and service attitude and other aspects of satisfaction survey, and find the lack of service, put forward the corresponding solutions. Results: The total satisfaction rate of blood donation for blood donors was 98.33% in 300 blood donors, 88.33% for blood donation in blood stations, 50% for souvenirs in blood stations, The total satisfaction is 95.00%. Blood donors are more satisfied with the overall service of participating in blood donation and need to be improved in the areas of blood collection and souvenirs after blood donation. CONCLUSION: Blood-taking doctors and nurses have better blood collection technique and service attitude, poor blood collection environment and donated souvenirs after blood donation, which can improve the satisfaction of blood donors by improving the blood collection environment and increasing the types of souvenirs. Many people participate in the blood donation team.
