本文203例淋巴结外非何杰金氏淋巴瘤中,男性133例,女性70例,年龄1～71岁,以30～39岁为高发年龄组。病理类型:弥漫型196例(96.6%),滤泡型7例,占3.4%。首发部位中胃肠道93例,占45.8%;其中小肠最多(41例),回盲部次之(24例)。组织学分型:滤泡型4例,弥漫型89例。鼻咽部38例均为弥漫型。扁桃体23例均属弥漫型;其他也见于眼眶(13例)、皮肤(11例)、腮腺(5例)、脾(4例)、软腭(4例);舌根部、骨、颊部各2例;个别见于乳房、睾丸、副鼻窦、悬雍垂、泪囊及椎管内。
In this paper, 203 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma lymph nodes, 133 males and 70 females, aged 1 to 71 years old, aged 30 to 39 as a high incidence age group. Pathological type: diffuse 196 cases (96.6%), follicular type in 7 cases, accounting for 3.4%. Histological typing: follicular type 4 cases, diffuse type 89 cases. Nasopharyngeal 38 cases were diffuse. 23 cases of tonsils were diffuse; the other is also seen in the orbital (13 cases), skin (11 cases), parotid (5 cases), spleen (4 cases), soft palate (4 cases); tongue base, bone, cheek 2 Cases; individual found in the breast, testis, paranasal sinus, uvula, lacrimal sac and spinal canal.
