采用自制可调节微米缩窄器,造成14条开胸犬的冠状动脉左前降支重度狭窄,观察急性心肌缺血后血流动力学变化和狭窄60分钟内缺血区血液流变特性变化。重度狭窄后即刻,缺血区红细胞压积升高,全血粘度增加。灌注烟浪丁后,前降支灌注量增加,缺血区血液流变特性异常程度减轻。结果提示急性缺血即刻缺血区内红细胞聚集性增加,红细胞压积上升。抗心绞痛药烟浪丁具有降低全血粘度和血浆粘度,扩张冠脉血管,增加血流量的作用。
Using a self-made adjustable micron constrictor, severe left anterior descending coronary artery stenosis was induced in 14 dogs with thoracotomy, and the changes of hemodynamic parameters in ischemic area within 60 minutes after acute myocardial ischemia were observed. Immediately after severe stenosis, ischemic hematocrit increased, the whole blood viscosity increased. After perfusing the puffing lotion, the perfusion of the anterior descending artery increased and the degree of abnormality of the blood rheology in the ischemic area decreased. The results suggest that immediately after acute ischemia increased erythrocyte aggregation, hematocrit increased. Anti-angina drug smoke waves Ding has the effect of reducing whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity, dilating coronary vessels, increasing blood flow.
