泄压体系的安全设计可以有效预防和控制失控反应事故。本文采用小尺度实验和放大计算相结合的方法对环己酮氨肟化反应装置泄压体系进行分析和安全设计。首先通过小尺度实验获取泄压设计所需的绝热温度上升速率等关键数据,并对实验数据进行了放大校正。然后在对反应体系分析的基础上,选取合适计算程序对环己酮氨肟化反应装置泄压系统进行了详细的设计。采用本文的方法对环己酮氨肟化装置进行安全设计尚未见报道,研究结果对该类装置的设计具有重要参考价值。
Safety design of relief system can effectively prevent and control uncontrolled reaction accidents. In this paper, a small-scale experiment and a combination of magnification calculation method of cyclohexanone ammoximation pressure relief system for analysis and safety design. First of all, through small-scale experiments to obtain pressure relief design required temperature rise rate and other key data, and the experimental data were enlarged and corrected. Then based on the analysis of the reaction system, a proper calculation program was selected to design the pressure relief system of cyclohexanone amidoxydation reactor in detail. The safety design of cyclohexanone ammoximation device has not been reported by this method, and the research results have important reference value for the design of this kind of device.
