冲压焊接冷却板存在许多缺点,这将大大降低冲压焊接冷却板的使用寿命。对冲压焊接冷却板的设计结构和在高炉中的使用工况进行总结,重点分析冲压焊接冷却板的结构和材质失效原因,探讨采用球墨铸铁冷却板来代替冲压焊接冷却板,改善冷却板的冷却性能,从而提高冷却板的使用寿命。并设计密封板和垫板,球墨铸铁冷却板铸造好后,把密封板和球墨铸铁冷却板的冷却箱套焊接在一起,然后再把垫板和密封板、套管焊接在一起。解决了球墨铸铁冷却板本体和冷却箱套之间漏煤气的问题。
