在某三代核电厂设计中,为了满足核电厂的安全性要求,安全注入系统的安注泵需要设置多样化的热阱来满足不同工况下的安注泵电动机冷却需求。对核电厂中安注泵电动机可用热阱进行了分析,探讨了在电气厂房冷水系统设计的基础上采取一些改进措施,从而满足安注泵电动机在丧失最终热阱(H1)工况下的冷源需求的可行性。经过分析,由电气厂房冷水系统的风冷式冷水机组在H1工况下为安注泵电动机提供冷源的方案可行,满足安注泵电动机多样化热阱的功能要求,提高了安全注入系统的可靠性。
In the design of a third generation of nuclear power plants, in order to meet the safety requirements of nuclear power plants, a safety injection pump needs to be equipped with diversified heat traps to meet the cooling requirements of the safety injection pump motors under different operating conditions. This paper analyzes the available heat traps of Ann Amp injection motor in nuclear power plant and discusses some measures to improve the design of cold water system in electric power plant so as to meet the cold source of Amp injection motor in the condition of losing the final heat sink (H1) Feasibility of demand. After analysis, it is feasible to provide cold source for Ann injection pump motor under the condition of H1 by the air-cooled chiller of cold water system of electric factory, which meets the functional requirements of diversified hot-trap of Ann injection pump motor and improves safety injection system reliability.
