我国轮胎产量已连续12年位居世界首位。据统计,2016年全国轮胎产量6.1亿条,其中商用车轮胎1.21亿条,乘用车轮胎4.44亿条,斜交轮胎4500万条,产品子午化率达到92%,出口占比40%左右。生产规模虽大,但我国并不是轮胎工业强国。整体来看,中低产能严重过剩,产品技术含量和附加值低,在质量、品牌等方面与发达国家还有较大差距。轮胎是汽车重要的高速“行走”部件,
China’s tire production for 12 consecutive years ranked first in the world. According to statistics, in 2016, the nation’s tire production reached 610 million with 121 million commercial tires, 444 passenger car tires, 45 million bias tires, product radial rate of 92% and export of about 40%. Although the scale of production is large, but our country is not a tire industry powerhouse. On the whole, there is a serious gap between low and medium production capacity, low technological content and added value of products, and there is still a big gap between developed countries in terms of quality and brand.
