矸石吊桶是主井井筒开凿期间提升矸石、升降人员和运送材料的主要容器。它由桶身、连接销轴和桶梁等部件组成,其中桶梁是关键零件,承受容器的全部载菏。桶梁的质量好坏,将直接影响井筒施工人员的安全及井筒施工速度。为提高其制造质量,我们对它的生产工艺进行了不断地改进,初步摸索出了一套自己的经验,现概述如下。一、桶梁材料的选择根据《煤矿凿井专用设备施工图册第二册立井凿井专用设备》第三章中有关吊桶的制造和使用要求,桶梁的材料为A_3钢。这是常见的钢材,但到货的这种原材料本身往往有缺陷,使制出的桶梁锻件质量达不到图纸要求。
