Improving the speed of dribbling and the accuracy of shooting and passing are one of the urgent tasks in football training. A large amount of special training must be arranged to solve this problem. The content of the exercise is to complete a series of actions during the running (see Table 1), which requires huge physical exertion. When doing these exercises over and over again, you must precisely schedule the time between exercises. When repetitively repeating each set of exercises, the athlete’s motions should always maintain high speed and accuracy, and the load that motivates athletes to achieve this is the ideal standard for load parameters.
