针对矿山研发出主通风机监测及故障预警系统,并选择有代表性的矿山作为实验场地进行工业性试验。预警监测系统成功实现了对风机运行期间各种参数的监测如电机的工作电压、电流、功率因数、电机本身的温升、机械振动等参数的实时数据采集和监测,同时还对风机的工作参数:风压、风量、通风温湿度等参数进行实时数据采集和监测,并将有关参数传送到现场主计算机中进行系统的分析和监控。基于监控数据,采用软件分析系统分析风机运行状态,确定其故障类型并进行故障预警。
Developed for the mine main fan monitoring and fault warning system, and select a representative mine as an experimental site for industrial testing. Early warning monitoring system successfully realized the monitoring of various parameters during fan operation such as working voltage, current, power factor, temperature rise of the motor itself, mechanical vibration and other parameters of real-time data acquisition and monitoring, but also on the fan operating parameters : Wind pressure, air volume, ventilation temperature and humidity parameters such as real-time data acquisition and monitoring, and the relevant parameters sent to the scene on the host computer for system analysis and monitoring. Based on the monitoring data, the software analysis system is used to analyze the fan operating status, determine the type of the fault and make early warning of the fault.
