目的:检测IL-33/ST2在牙周炎(chronic periodontitis CP)与动脉粥样硬化(atheroscle rosis,As)大鼠中的表达,研究它们与CP和AS之间的关系。方法:清洁级雄性Wistar大鼠44只,体重(300±10 g),年龄4个月,随机将动物分为4组:正常对照组;AS组;CP组;AS+CP组。12周末处死大鼠。各组大鼠外周血中IL-33/ST2的表达用酶联免疫吸附法检测;免疫组化技术分别检测IL-33及ST2在牙周组织中的含量。结果:在牙周组织中,CP+AS组IL-33/ST2表达水平比CP组高(P<0.05);CP+AS组比AS组高(P<0.05);CP+AS组动物外周血中IL-33/ST2表达水平最高,其次是CP组和AS组。结论:AS与CP的发病机理可能与IL-33/ST2表达水平改变有关。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of IL-33 / ST2 in rats with chronic periodontitis CP and atherosclerosis (As) and to study their relationship with CP and AS. Methods: Forty-eight male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups: normal control group, AS group, CP group and AS + CP group. Body weight (300 ± 10 g) and age 4 months. Rats were sacrificed at 12 weeks. The expression of IL-33 / ST2 in peripheral blood of rats in each group was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The contents of IL-33 and ST2 in periodontal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: In periodontal tissues, the expression of IL-33 / ST2 in CP + AS group was higher than that in CP group (P <0.05); CP + AS group was higher than that in AS group (P <0.05) IL-33 / ST2 in the highest level of expression, followed by the CP group and the AS group. Conclusion: The pathogenesis of AS and CP may be related to the change of IL-33 / ST2 expression.
