跨文化团队共享心智模式的构建是影响团队效能的重要因素,而哪些因素会对跨文化团队成员共享心智模式构建具有重要影响,是跨文化团队共享心智模式构建首要回答的问题。本文分析了跨文化团队共享心智模式形成机理,研究了影响跨文化团队共享心智模式构建的关键因素,通过理论分析和实证研究发现,除了已有研究发现的团队信任、团队沟通对跨文化团队共享心智模式的影响显著外,本文引入的新的变量个体文化智力,个体价值观与企业价值观的契合度,团队学习与培训也对跨文化团队共享心智模式构建也有显著的正向影响,且影响程度较大;最后围绕以上影响因素,提出了构建跨文化团队共享心智模式的具体建议和措施。
The construction of intercultural team-sharing mental model is an important factor affecting the effectiveness of the team, and what factors will have a significant impact on the sharing of mental models among members of the cross-cultural team is the first answer to the cross-cultural team’s shared mental model. This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the intercultural team’s sharing mental model and studies the key factors that affect the intercultural team’s shared mental model. Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, it is found that in addition to the team trust found in previous studies, The impact of mental model is significant. The new variables introduced in this paper are the individual cultural intelligence, the fit between individual values and enterprise values, and the team learning and training also have a significant positive impact on the building of a shared mental model of intercultural teams. In the end, specific suggestions and measures for building a shared mental model of intercultural teams are put forward based on the above factors.
