艺术档案 周卫·油画家，中国美术家协会会员， 辽宁省美术家协会副主席，辽宁省油画学 会副会长。一级画家，国务院特殊贡献专 家，现任辽宁省群众艺术馆美术部主任。作 品曾获全国第６届、第８届美展优秀作品 奖；两次获全国群星美术大展银牌。著作有 《周卫油画精品选》；《本土情怀·周卫与 他的油画》等。
Art Archive Zhou Wei · oil painter, member of Chinese Artists Association, vice chairman of Liaoning Artists Association, vice president of Liaoning Province Oil Painting Society. A painter, the State Council special contribution experts, the current art department of Liaoning Province Mass Art Director. Works won the 6th national, 8th Art Exhibition Award for outstanding works; twice won the national star art exhibition silver medal.
