目的检测前列腺癌受体酪氨酸激酶(RTK)的表达和活化,探讨前列腺癌生物标志物及可能的药物靶点。方法利用RTKs芯片来检测一例前列腺癌患者肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中49种RTKs的磷酸化水平。结果发现前列腺癌患者的癌组织中EGFR、ErbB2、ErbB3、ErbB4、Insulin R、Axl、PDGFRα、PDGFRβ、M-CSFR、VEGFR2的磷酸化均高于癌旁组织。结论前列腺癌患者的癌组织中EGFR、ErbB2、ErbB3、ErbB4、Insulin R、Axl、PDGFRα、PDGFRβ、M-CSFR、VEGFR2可能参与了肿瘤的形成和生长。
Objective To detect the expression and activation of receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) in prostate cancer and to explore the biomarkers of prostate cancer and possible drug target. Methods The RTKs were used to detect the phosphorylation level of 49 RTKs in a patient with prostate cancer. The results showed that the phosphorylation of EGFR, ErbB2, ErbB3, ErbB4, Insulin R, Axl, PDGFRα, PDGFRβ, M-CSFR and VEGFR2 in cancer tissue of patients with prostate cancer were all higher than those in paracancerous tissues. Conclusions EGFR, ErbB2, ErbB2, ErbB3, ErbB4, Insulin R, Axl, PDGFRα, PDGFRβ, M-CSFR and VEGFR2 may be involved in the formation and growth of tumor in the cancer tissues of patients with prostate cancer.
