温挤压成形过程中以摩擦因数、挤压速度、坯料预热温度、模具预热温度等工艺参数为自变量,以成形件的损伤值、挤压力为目标函数,应用DEFORM-3D仿真软件进行数值模拟。通过正交试验设计,研究工艺参数对损伤值、挤压力的影响,分析灰色关联系数和灰色关联度,进行多目标参数优化,获得较优的工艺参数组合。结果表明,影响衬套温挤压成形品质的主次顺序为摩擦因数、挤压速度、坯料预热温度、模具预热温度。采用优化后的温挤压参数成形件的损伤值和挤压力降低,保证了产品品质。
In the process of warm extrusion, the process parameters of friction factor, extrusion speed, preheating temperature of the blank and preheating temperature of the mold are taken as independent variables. The damage value and extrusion force of the forming part are taken as the objective function. DEFORM-3D simulation software Numerical simulation. Through orthogonal experimental design, the influence of process parameters on damage value and squeezing force was studied. The gray relational coefficient and gray relational degree were analyzed, and the multi-objective parameters were optimized to obtain the better combination of process parameters. The results show that the order of the primary and secondary factors affecting the quality of the bushing warm extrusion is the friction factor, extrusion speed, the preheating temperature of the billet and the mold preheating temperature. Using the optimized temperature extrusion parameters, the damage value and squeezing force of the formed part are reduced, which ensures the product quality.
