临床资料在本组750例1007个溃疡面;男性463例,女性287例。年龄15～91岁,平均53岁。职业:以长期从事繁重体力劳动者594例。病因:静脉曲张性溃疡596例,外伤性溃疡41例,原因不明性溃疡41例,烫伤33例,糖尿病溃疡9例,脉管炎9例,白塞氏病4例,术后4例,红斑狼疮性溃疡3例,其他10例。病程:1～30年,平均4年。发病部位:小腿下1/3处683个,其中下1/3内侧533个,左小腿下1/3内侧299个。溃疡面积1～2cm~2532个,2～5cm~2 273个,5～10cm~2 153个,10～20cm~2 44个、>21cm~2 5个;溃疡深度2～10mm,平均4m。脓液培养60例,其中细菌生长59例。治疗方法药物组成:黄柏黄连黄芩虎杖
Clinical data in this group of 750 cases of 1007 ulcers; 463 males and 287 females. Aged 15 to 91 years old, with an average of 53 years old. Occupation: In the long-term engaged in heavy manual labor 594 cases. Etiology: 596 cases of varicose ulcer, 41 cases of traumatic ulcer, 41 cases of unexplained ulcer, 33 cases of scald, 9 cases of diabetic ulcer, 9 cases of vasculitis, 4 cases of Behcet’s disease, 4 cases after operation, erythema 3 cases of lupus ulcer, the other 10 cases. Course of disease: 1 to 30 years, an average of 4 years. The incidence of parts: lower leg 1/3 683, including the next 1/3 inside 533, lower left leg 1/3 inside 299. The ulcer area was 1 ~ 2cm ~ 2532, 2 ~ 5cm ~ 2773, 5 ~ 10cm ~ 2 153, 10 ~ 20cm ~ 2 44,> 21cm ~ 25 ulcer depth 2 ~ 10mm, an average of 4m.
