随着电控技术水平的不断提高,电控液力自动变速器已经取代传统的液力自动变速器,电控液力自动变速器的核心技术即其控制技术以及变速器与发动机的一体化控制技术。针对BF6M1015CP电控柴油发动机、HD4070PR电控液力自动变速器进行了台架试验。通过台架试验,研究分析HD4070PR自动变速器的控制特性,包括换挡过程、液力变矩器闭锁过程以及断电互锁保护过程等。试验变速器采用组合型换挡规律,可以在不同油门开度下更好的提高整车的综合性能;在换挡过程中采用了发动机供油控制,提高了换挡品质,并得到变速器换挡以及闭锁的控制规律,为研究自动变速器的控制策略提供了理论参考。
