目的观察COOK子宫颈扩张球囊应用于足月妊娠引产前促宫颈成熟中的临床效果及安全性。方法选取足月分娩初产妇158例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组79例。对照组给予新普贝生引产,观察组给予COOK子宫颈扩张球囊引产,比较2组促宫颈Bishop评分、引产效果及不良反应发生情况。结果促宫颈成熟12 h后,观察组Bishop评分高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组引产成功率、分娩方式,优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组不良反应发生率为2.53%,低于对照组的10.13%(P<0.05)。结论 COOK子宫颈扩张球囊可促进足月妊娠孕妇宫颈成熟,且使用不良反应发生率低,可保证母婴安全。 Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of COOK cervical dilatation balloon in promoting cervical ripening before term labor. Methods Fifty-eight cases of primiparae of full-term labor were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 79 cases in each group. The control group was given Xin Pu Bei abortion, the observation group was given COOK cervical dilatation balloon induced abortion, compared with two groups of cervical Bishop score, induction of labor effects and adverse reactions. Results Bishop score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01) 12 h after cervical ripening. The successful rate of labor and delivery in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.53% , Lower than 10.13% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions COOK cervical dilatation balloon can promote the maturation of cervix in term pregnant women, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which can ensure the safety of mother and infant.
