人机工程学,以“人—机—环境”作为研究对象,运用生理学、心理学、医学、人体测量学、美学和其他相关学科知识,根据人和机器的条件和特点,合理分配人和机器的操作职能,为人创造出舒适和安全的工作环境,以达到工效最优。机床是制造机器的机器,更需要在设计中考虑人机工程。因此,人机工程在机床设计中有举足轻重的作用。文章综述了机床设计中人机工程的指导作用及目前机床设计中存在的问题,并对今后人机工程学在机床设计中的应用作出了展望。
Ergonomics, with “human-machine-environment” as the research object, uses the knowledge of physiology, psychology, medicine, anthropometry, aesthetics and other relevant disciplines to rationally allocate people according to the conditions and characteristics of people and machines And the machine’s operating functions, to create a comfortable and safe working environment, in order to achieve the best work efficiency. Machine tools are machines that make machines, and ergonomics are more important in design. Therefore, ergonomics plays a decisive role in machine tool design. The paper summarizes the guiding role of ergonomics in machine tool design and the existing problems in machine tool design. It also gives a prospect of ergonomics application in machine tool design in the future.
