一种主要含有方铅矿并带有相当含量的锌、铜和银的多金属硫化物精矿,在轻度氧化条件下通过含有氯化钠的氯化铁溶液对其进行浸出。试验研究了温度、三价铁离子浓度(以Fecl_3形式)以及氯化钠的添加量对铅、银、锌和铜浸出效率的影响。经试验测定,铅浸出的最佳条件是温度70℃、溶液中含有43g/l三价铁离子和200g/l的Nacl。经过9分钟时间的浸出,浸取出了99.80%Pb、75.O%Ag、12.1%Zn及1%Cu。
A polymetallic sulphide concentrate containing mainly galena with considerable amounts of zinc, copper and silver leached out under light oxidizing conditions by a ferric chloride solution containing sodium chloride. The effects of temperature, ferric ion concentration (in the form of FeCl_3) and sodium chloride on leaching efficiency of lead, silver, zinc and copper were studied. After testing, the optimum conditions for lead leaching are temperature 70 ℃, the solution containing 43g / l ferric ion and 200g / l Nacl. After 9 minutes of leaching, 99.80% Pb, 75.0% Ag, 12.1% Zn and 1% Cu were leached.
