目的:建立五味子中五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素5种有效成分的高效液相色谱测定方法,对辽宁凤城地区不同环境五味子木脂素类成分进行含量测定,筛选五味子优质药材的最佳生长环境。方法:采用高效液相法,Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,检测波长220 nm。结果:不同环境下五味子5种木脂素含量和总量有所不同。生长在山脚树荫丛林中且湿润环境下的五味子木脂素含量最高,品质优良。结论:本实验方法简便、准确、重复性好。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of five effective components in Schisandra chinensis, Schisandra chinensis B, Schisandra chinensis B, Schisandra chinensis B, Schisandrin B and other five active ingredients by HPLC. Content determination, screening Schisandra quality of the best growing environment for herbs. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used on a Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was eluted with methanol-acetonitrile- water. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results: The content and total amount of five kinds of lignans in different environments were different. Growth in the foot of the jungle jungle wet environment and under the highest content of Schisandra lignans, high quality. Conclusion: The experimental method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
