综合周围神经再生后功能不理想的原因,主要有神经元数目减少、胞体与树突形态异常导致与有关神经元信息联系减少,轴突生长迷路及直径小于正常引起支配功能障碍等。有关再生微环境、神经趋化性生长及靶器官的营养与诱导作用研究,为上述问题的解决提供了思路。提示着眼于发挥营养与诱导的方法学研究,实现轴突正常生长及神经元形态恢复,可能是最终建立理想功能的重要途径之一。
Synthetic peripheral nerve regeneration function is not ideal after the main reason for the decrease in the number of neurons, cell body and dendritic abnormalities lead to reduced information related to neurons, axonal growth and lost less than the diameter of the dysfunction caused by dominating. Research on the regeneration microenvironment, neurotrophic growth and the target organ’s nutrition and induction have provided ideas for the solution of the above problems. It is suggested that focusing on the methodological study of nutrition and induction, the normal growth of axons and the recovery of neuronal morphology may be one of the important ways to finally establish the ideal function.
