目的探讨提前光刺激作为诱导动物近视模型方法的可行性及不同实验性近视超微结构的异同。方法12日龄C57BL/6J纯系小鼠右眼眼睑缝合,饲养7d后拆除缝线,4日龄小鼠提前人工开启右眼眼睑饲养10d至自然开睑,分别设立同龄无处理小鼠为对照组,验光确定实验组近视形成后,摘出眼球,进行测量及光、电镜检查。结果与对照眼比较,缝合眼睑组诱导出-7.63D的相对近视,眼轴较左眼延长(0.06±0.03)mm,眼球重量差异无统计学意义。提前光刺激组诱导出-9.83D的相对近视,眼轴较左眼缩短(0.04±0.04)mm,眼重较左眼平均减轻-0.0004g。电镜下见缝合眼杆视细胞外节膜盘紊乱,视网膜色素上皮细胞质内吞噬体减少,提前光刺激眼视杆细胞外节膜盘排列整齐,与对照眼相比未见明显差异。结论提前光刺激可作为一种建立动物近视模型的方便、有效的方法,与对照眼相比提前开睑眼眼轴偏短,眼重偏轻,其诱导近视形成的机制不同于形觉剥夺所诱导的轴性近视。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of early light stimulation as a method of inducing myopia in animals and the similarities and differences of ultrastructures of experimental myopia. Methods 12-day-old C57BL / 6J mice were sutured right eye eyelid and sutured after 7 days. Four-day-old mice were premeditated with right eye eyelid for 10 days to open natural eyelid respectively. The same age untreated mice were used as control Group, optometry to determine the experimental group myopia formation, the removal of the eye, measurement and light and electron microscopy. Results Compared with the control eyes, the suture eyelid group induced a relative myopia of -7.63D, the axial length was (0.06 ± 0.03) mm longer than that of the left eye, and there was no significant difference in eyeball weight. Compared with the left eye, the axial length was (0.04 ± 0.04) mm and the average eye weight was -0.0004g. Electron microscope, see the suture eye rod extracellular articular disc disorder, retinal pigment epithelial cytoplasm phagocytosis reduced premature light stimulation of the rod outer rod membrane arrangement in order, compared with the control eye no significant difference. Conclusion Early light stimulation can be used as a convenient and effective method to establish animal myopia model. Compared with the control eye, the pre-open eyelid eye has short axial length and light eyesight. The mechanism of its formation is different from that of the form deprivation Induced axial myopia.
