目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)中的MMP-2、MMP-9,及MMP-9的抑制剂TIMP-1,在星形细胞瘤中的表达的相互关系及其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP方法检测57例星形细胞瘤标本,其中Ⅰ级星形细胞瘤11例,Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤16例,Ⅲ级星形细胞瘤17例,Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤13例。计算平均阳性率即LI。结果低级别星形细胞瘤与高级别星形细胞瘤MMPs的表达有显著性差异(P<0.01)。而TIMPs的表达差异无显著性(P=0.391)。结论基质金属蛋白酶MMPs的表达以及MMPs与TIMPs表达的失平衡,均与星形细胞瘤恶性程度密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1, a inhibitor of MMP-9, in astrocytoma and its significance. Methods Fifty-seven specimens of astrocytoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Among them, 11 were grade Ⅰ astrocytoma, 16 were grade Ⅱ astrocytoma, 17 were grade Ⅲ astrocytoma, 13 cases. Calculate the average positive rate of LI. Results Low-grade astrocytoma and high-grade astrocytoma MMPs expression was significantly different (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the expression of TIMPs (P = 0.391). Conclusion The expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) and imbalance of MMPs and TIMPs are closely related to the malignancy of astrocytoma.
