众所周知在十八届三中全会中,国家将治理能力和治理体系纳入到我国全面深化改革总目标;而依法治国这一重要战略部署,也在十八届四中全会中做出安排。法制思维与国家治理二者之间有着紧密的内在逻辑联系。在当前我国国家治理能力建设背景下全面推进依法治国,必须提高党的领导水平和执政水平;不断完善社会主义法律体系;严格执法;增强全体人民的法律意识。本文将从国家治理能力、历史变迁与现状以及依法治国等方面,分析当前我国国家治理能力建设背景下如何推进依法治国。 As we all know, at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the state has incorporated its governance capability and governance system into the overall goal of deepening the overall reform in our country. The important strategic plan of governing the country according to law has also made arrangements during the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. There is a close internal logical connection between the legal system thinking and the state governance. Under the current background of building the national governance capacity in our country, to comprehensively promote the rule of law in accordance with the law, we must raise the party’s leadership level and governance level; constantly improve the socialist legal system; strictly enforce the law; and enhance the legal awareness of all people. This article will analyze how to promote the rule of law in the current context of our national governance capacity building from the perspectives of our country’s governance capabilities, historical changes and current conditions, and the rule of law.
