目的:采取有效的质量管理办法,完善骨科植入物的质量安全管理。规范骨科植入物在设备科、中心消毒供应室、手术室各流通环节的质量管理。方法:将温州医科大学附属第一医院2014年3~5月接受处理的骨科植入物作为对照组,将2014年6~8月接受处理的骨科植入物作为研究组,研究组在原质量追溯管理基础上对骨科植入物验货条码管理方法进行改进,采用标签册对验货条码各流通环节进行规范管理。比较两组骨科植入物验货条码与实物符合率、收费准确率、验货条码丢失率、验收准确率。结果:通过对骨科植入物验货条码管理方法改进,研究组骨科植入物验货条码与实物符合率、收费准确率、验收准确率均高于对照组,条码丢失率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加强骨科植入物验货条码管理,从源头上严把质量关,实现质量可追溯性,可有效维护患者权益,减少安全隐患,保障患者安全。
Objective: To adopt an effective quality management approach to improve the quality and safety of orthopedic implants. Standardization of orthopedic implants in the equipment section, the center disinfection supply room, the operation room of the circulation of quality management. Methods: The orthopedic implants treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from March to May 2014 were taken as the control group. The orthopedic implants treated from June to August 2014 were selected as the research group. Based on the management of bar code inspection of orthopedic implants improved management methods, the use of the label on the inspection bar code circulation of all aspects of standardized management. Comparison of the two groups of orthopedic implants bar code and in-kind compliance rate, accuracy rate, inspection bar code loss rate, acceptance accuracy. Results: Through the improvement of bar code management methods for the inspection of orthopedic implants, the bar code of the orthopedic implants in the study group met the physical compliance rate, the accuracy rate of the charges and the accuracy of acceptance were higher than that of the control group, the bar code loss rate was lower than that of the control group P <0.05). Conclusion: To strengthen the barcode management of the orthopedic implants, strictly control the quality from the source and achieve the quality traceability, which can effectively protect the rights and interests of patients, reduce the potential safety hazard and ensure the safety of patients.
