目的:建立麝香接骨胶囊中松香酸的检测方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行研究,色谱柱为VPODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-10%甲醇的0.1%磷酸溶液(66∶34);检测波长:241nm;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃。结果:色谱分离度良好,制订出麝香接骨胶囊中松香酸的检测方法及检出限,松香酸在0.0747-0.4980μg,r=1(n=5)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为96.68%,RSD为0.94%,检出限为0.021mg/g。结论:该方法准确、灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于麝香接骨胶囊中松香酸的检测控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of rosin acid in Shexiang Jiegu capsule. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The chromatographic column was VPODS (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-10% methanol solution of 0.1% phosphoric acid (66:34) 1.0 mL / min; column temperature: 30 ° C. Results: The chromatographic resolution was good, and the detection method and detection limit of rosin acid in Shexiangjiegu capsule were established. Rosin acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0747-0.4980μg, r = 1 (n = 5) The recovery was 96.68%, RSD was 0.94%, the detection limit was 0.021mg / g. Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the detection and control of rosin acid in Shexiang Jiegu capsule.
