南通某化工有限公司的农药生产废水中含大量有机物和无机盐,呈高盐分、高浓度和高氨氮特点。由于废水中含氮杂环化合物对生物有毒性,无法直接采用生化法处理且废水中含有硫酸根,硫酸根在厌氧条件下还原成硫化物易产生硫醇和硫酚,无法采用厌氧工艺。采用蒸馏-Fenton氧化-好氧接触氧化-反硝化-硝化-絮凝沉淀组合工艺。工程运行结果表明,出水指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准要求,TP达到三级标准要求。
Nantong Chemical Co., Ltd. pesticide production wastewater containing a large number of organic and inorganic salts, was high in salt, high concentrations and high ammonia characteristics. As the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds in the wastewater are toxic to the living organisms, they can not be directly treated with biochemical methods and contain sulfate in the waste water. Sulfates are easily reduced to sulfur compounds under anaerobic conditions to generate mercaptans and thiophenols. Therefore, the anaerobic process can not be used. Distillation - Fenton oxidation - aerobic contact oxidation - denitrification - nitrification - flocculation sedimentation combination process. The engineering operation results show that the effluent indicators have reached the “Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard” (GB 8978-1996) a standard requirement, TP meet the three standard requirements.
