α-苦瓜籽蛋白(α-momorcharin)是从葫芦科的苦瓜种子中提取纯化出来的一种碱性糖蛋白,分子量约29000,为白色粉末状。最近国内外学者研究证明α-苦瓜籽蛋白对小鼠抗早孕有明显的效果。 用TA97,TA98, TA100三种菌株、按Ames平板渗入法进行试验,选用0.1,1,10,100,300μg/皿5个剂量组,最大受试浓度约相当于小鼠抗早孕有效量的60倍。用2-乙酰氨基芴、叠氮钠和磷酸盐缓冲液为阳性和阴性对照物。结果表明各实验组与阴性对照组加S_9和不加S_9时回复突变菌落数基本相近,无剂量—效应关系。
