采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了不同浓度的僵蚕醇提物对3种林木病原真菌的抑制作用。结果表明:僵蚕醇提物对种供试林木病菌均有一定程度的抑制作用,提物浓度的升高,抑制率增大。僵蚕醇提物对苹果炭疽病菌、苹果腐烂病菌及花椒落叶病菌的EC50分别为0.048g/mL0.099g/mL和0.078g/mL。在3种供试病植物病原真菌中,僵蚕醇提物对苹果炭疽病菌的抑制作用最强。
The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the inhibitory effects of different concentrations of ethanol extract from females against three kinds of forest pathogenic fungi. The results showed that the alcoholic extracts of females increased their inhibitory rate to a certain extent, and the concentration of the extract increased. The EC50 of the ethanol extracts of females was 0.048g / mL and 0.078g / mL for apple anthracnose, apple rot and pepper leaves respectively. Among the three tested phytopathogenic fungi, the ethanol extract from the agarics had the strongest inhibitory effect on apple anthracnose.
