目的:探讨去甲丹皮酚对正己烷所致小鼠脂质过氧化损伤的影响。方法:采用经口给予小鼠正己烷为脂质过氧化损伤模型,动物随机分成四组:①正常对照,②正己烷氧化损伤组,③丹皮酚+正己烷损伤组,④去甲丹皮酚+正己烷损伤组。计算各组小鼠脑、肝脏、心脏各脏器系数,硫代巴比妥酸法测定组织MDA水平,镜下观察胸主动脉内壁形态学变化。结果:丹皮酚和去甲丹皮酚能明显减轻血管内皮损伤,降低正己烷所致肝、心、脑组织MDA含量(P<0.01)。结论:去甲丹皮酚可对抗正己烷所致血管损伤,作用机制可能涉及抗脂质过氧化作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of norpozanol on lipid peroxidation injury in mice induced by n-hexane. METHODS: Rats were orally administered n-hexane as a lipid peroxidation injury model. Animals were randomly divided into four groups: 1 normal control, 2 n-hexane oxidative injury group, 3 paeonol + n-hexane injury group, 4 nadidanide Phenol + n-hexane damage group. The visceral coefficient of brain, liver and heart in each group was calculated. The MDA level was determined by thiobarbituric acid method. The morphological changes of the thoracic aorta wall were observed under microscope. RESULTS: Paeonol and nor-acetanol significantly reduced vascular endothelium damage and decreased MDA content in hepatic, cardiac and brain tissues induced by n-hexane (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Norbuchom can antagonize vasotoxicity induced by n-hexane, and the mechanism of action may involve anti-lipid peroxidation.
