利用沟通的代偿适应理论和双向编码理论,本文探讨了沟通媒介对多元化背景下团队绩效的影响,并通过问卷调查等方式,对假设模型进行检验。研究结果显示,社会类别属性差异的团队多元化负向影响团队绩效,而信息类别属性差异的团队多元化正向影响团队绩效;沟通媒介组合在团队多元化与团队绩效关系中起调节作用,当社会类别属性多元化的团队更多使用媒介沟通时,会增加团队绩效;而当信息类别属性多元化的团队更多使用媒介沟通时,会降低团队的绩效。
Using the theory of compensatory accommodation and two-way coding theory, this paper explores the influence of communication medium on the team performance in a diversified context and tests the hypothesis by means of questionnaires. The results show that the team diversity with different social category attributes negatively affects team performance, while the team diversity with different information category attributes positively affects team performance. The communication medium portfolio plays a mediating role in the relationship between team diversity and team performance. Social categories Attributes Diversified teams use more media to communicate, which increases team performance, while teams with more diverse information attributes can reduce team performance when they use more media.
