针对目前高职“双师型”教师专业发展及其专业素质结构定位不够清晰的现实,从高职人才培养目标定位和教师专业发展的角度入手,分析高职“双师型”教师应该具备的专业精神、专业知识和专业能力,进而找出“双师型”教师存在问题,提出培养策略。
Aiming at the fact that the professional development of “double teacher type” teachers and the structural positioning of their professional qualities are not clear enough at present, from the perspective of the orientation of higher vocational personnel training and the professional development of teachers, Teachers should have the professionalism, professional knowledge and professional ability, and then find “double teacher ” teacher problems, put forward training strategies.
