我们对血清维生素A荧光测定法作了微量化的研究。比较和确定了实验条件。取血50μl,用血清20μl可进行分析。回收率为99.0%。用同一血清样品作10次重复性分析,平均值为23.82±0.126μg/dl(范围23.8-21.2μg/dl)。并作了动物实验和人体应用的观察、证明改进法结果可靠,易为受试者所接受,有利于在营养调查的现场使用。
We made a micro-quantification study of serum vitamin A fluorimetry. The experimental conditions were compared and confirmed. Blood 50μl, 20μl serum can be analyzed. The recovery rate was 99.0%. The same serum sample was subjected to 10 repetitive analyzes with an average of 23.82 ± 0.126 μg / dl (range 23.8-21.2 μg / dl). And made animal experiments and human observation of the application, to prove that the improved method is reliable, easy to accept for the subjects, is conducive to the use of nutrition survey site.
