飞机轮毂股部(圆弧过渡处)是易形成疲劳裂纹的高应力集中区。针对某工厂现行的飞机轮毂股部滚压加工不能有效地提高轮毂疲劳强度的技术难题,在对现行的直向滚压加工装置作受力分析和结构分析的基础上,设计了一种新的多珠斜向滚压加工装置,并给出了加工工艺、加工技术和工艺参数。理论分析和试验结果表明:新装置保证了滚压加工后压应力区和轮毂工作时的高应力集中区重合,从而使加工出的飞机轮毂的疲劳强度和疲劳寿命得到提高,且可大大延长滚压装置的使用寿命。
