作者报道3例输注静脉注射用免疫球蛋白（IVIgG）后引起急性肾功能衰竭的病例。3例患者年龄均为65岁以上，分别输注IVIgG
The authors report three cases of acute renal failure caused by infusion of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIgG). All three patients were over 65 years of age with IVIgG
