通过原子核的核矩测量来研究核结构是一种重要的实验手段。原子核的电四极矩Q是通过测量核与核外电磁场的超精细相互作用确定的,常用的测量方法有Mssbauer谱、β射线探测的核四极共振(β-NQR)和扰动角关联等。本工作采用全势线性缀加平面波方法的WIEN2k程序包计算P杂质掺杂到α-Al3O2单晶中的电场梯度。
It is an important experimental method to study the nuclear structure through the nuclear moment measurement of the nucleus. The electric quadrupole Q of the nucleus is determined by measuring the ultrafine interaction between the nuclei and the extra-nuclear electromagnetic field. The commonly used methods of measurement are the Mssssauer spectrum, the nuclear quadrupole resonance (β-NQR) for β-ray detection and the perturbation angle Wait. In this work, the WIEN2k package with full potential linearly added plane wave method is used to calculate the electric field gradient of P impurity doping into α-Al3O2 single crystal.
