For nearly a century, management theory and organizational studies have fostered a series of fundamentally changed formulations that have made it necessary for managers to learn, learn and learn in great quantities in their careers. One would think that in a business school at a university, it should be to organize researchers rather than experts in other fields to guide the development of new paradigms that adapt to a changing environment. However, this article will point out that the research and management practices of histology paradigms have largely been separated from each other so far. This article will also detail how, despite this separation, the paradigm of business paradigms has had a considerable impact on the study of histology and the theoretical paradigms that guide it, especially in the age where “practical knowledge” has gained more and more attention.
