目的 :探讨重症肌无力 (MG)患者的乙酰胆碱受体 (AChR)特异性T细胞免疫应答。方法 :利用酶联免疫斑点技术 (Elispot)检测 32例MG患者胸腺AChR特异反应性白细胞介素 - 4 (IL - 4 )、白细胞介素 - 10 (IL -10 )和干扰素 -γ(IFN -γ)分泌细胞数。结果 :MG患者胸腺AChR特异反应性IL - 4 ,IL - 10和IFN -γ分泌细胞数均增高 ,其中胸腺增生组AChR特异反应性IL - 4 ,IL - 10和IFN -γ分泌细胞数明显高于胸腺瘤组。结论 :MG胸腺Th1和Th2细胞存在免疫功能紊乱 ,胸腺AChR特异反应性IL - 4 ,IL - 10和IFN -γ分泌细胞数可作为判断胸腺Th细胞免疫功能紊乱的指标。
Objective: To investigate the acetylcholine receptor (AChR) -specific T cell immune response in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG). Methods: Thirty AChR specific reactive interleukin - 4 (IL - 4), interleukin - 10 (IL - 10) and interferon - γ (IFN - γ) were detected in 32 patients with MG by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elispot) γ) secreting cell number. Results: The numbers of AChR - specific secreted IL - 4, IL - 10 and IFN - γ secreted by thymus of MG patients were all increased, and the numbers of AChR - specific IL - 4, IL - 10 and IFN - γ secreted by thymic hyperplasia group were significantly higher In thymoma group. CONCLUSION: Immune dysfunction exists in Th1 and Th2 cells of MG thymus, and the number of AChR - specific secreted cells in thymic gland may be used as an index for judging Th cellular immune dysfunction.
