糖尿病性黄斑水肿氩离子激光光凝疗效的评价

探讨氩离子激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿远期疗效。方法 :对 2 0例 RD病人 ,分别用氩离子激光行局部光凝 ,象限性格栅光凝 ,环形格栅光凝 ,追踪观察一年 ,观察其视力、P- VEP、FFA、以及血糖、血脂、血压、糖化红蛋白等项目改变。结果 :15例局限性水肿 ,12例视力提高 ,VEPp IOO峰时无延长 ,微血管瘤消失 ,水肿吸收 ,5例弥散性水肿 ,视力 3例稳定。视力下降 5例 ,均有顽固性高血压、高血脂、 Hb Ac9.6 %以上。结论 :氩离子激光光凝是治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿有效、安全、方法。其疗效与患者血压、血脂、血糖与否有密切相关 To investigate the long-term effect of argon ion laser in the treatment of diabetic macular edema. Methods: 20 cases of RD patients were treated with argon ion laser local photocoagulation, quadrant photocoagulation, annular grid photocoagulation, follow-up observation for one year, visual acuity, P-VEP, FFA, and blood glucose, Blood lipids, blood pressure, glycated hemoglobin and other items changed. Results: The edema was limited in 15 cases. The visual acuity was improved in 12 cases. There was no prolongation of VEPp IOO peak, disappearance of microvessel hemangioma, edema absorption and diffuse edema in 5 cases. The visual acuity was stable in 3 cases. Visual loss in 5 cases, both intractable hypertension, hyperlipidemia, Hb Ac9.6% or more. Conclusion: Argon laser photocoagulation is an effective and safe method for the treatment of diabetic macular edema.
