目的：探讨西帕依在重症慢性牙龈炎洁治术前治疗效果。方法选取2014年1月~12月80例不能立即做洁治术患者，随机分为两组，对照组给予罗红霉素，甲硝唑消炎消肿治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予西帕依进行治疗，分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的3d洁治术达标率显著高于对照组；两者间的差异具备统计学的意义（<0.05）。观察组的5d洁治术达标率显著高于对照组；两者间的差异具备统计学的意义（<0.05）。结论西帕依在洁治术前治疗重症牙龈炎治疗效果好，安全性高。“,”Objective To investigate the SIPA according to severe chronic gingivitis before scaling the treatment ef ect.Methods January 2014~December 2014 period 80 cases do not immediately scaling Patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received roxithromycin,anti-inflammatory swel ing metronidazole treatment,observation group were SIPA given in accordance with the basis for treatment,the treatment groups were analyzed.Results Three days scaling technique compliance rate were significantly higher;the dif erences between the two have statistical significance ( <0.05).Five days debridement surgery compliance rate were significantly higher;dif erence between the two has statistical significance ( <0.05).Conclusion According to SIPA before scaling the treatment of severe gingivitis treatment is good.
