客户化要求是民用飞机研制的显著特点,选项是提供客户化功能的载体。选项产品结构作为选项管理的顶层工作,对选项管理效果的评价起着关键作用,并在一定程度上约束着选项设计工作。本文从客户飞机产品结构组成出发,提出了改进的选项产品结构构建方案,并从多用户角度对该方案进行了分析比较,可在一定程度上解决民机选项管理实践中遇到的困难,提升选项管理能力。
Customization is a notable feature of the development of civil aircraft. The option is to provide a carrier of customized functions. As the top-level work of option management, the option product structure plays a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of option management, and to a certain extent, constrains the option design work. Based on the composition of customer’s aircraft product structure, this paper proposes an improved option product structure construction scheme, and analyzes and compares the scheme from the perspective of multi-user, which can to some extent solve the difficulties encountered in the management options of civil aircraft options and enhance Options management capabilities.
