目的:研究黄连提取物的制备工艺。方法:采用HPLC法和UV分光光度法对乙醇回流提取、浓缩醇沉、明胶沉淀和D101大孔树脂等各分离单元提取物中小檗碱和总生物碱含量进行测定评价。结果:上述各分离单元提取物中总生物碱和小檗碱的转移率依次分别为72.08%、65.28%;68.49%、65.61%;58.06%、44.49%;48.62%、36.11%。结论:乙醇回流提取的药液采用浓缩、醇沉、明胶沉淀、D101型大孔树脂吸附与洗脱等分离技术制备黄连提取物的工艺路线有效、可行。
Objective: To study the preparation technology of berberine extract. Methods: The contents of berberine and total alkaloids in extracts of ethanol, ethanol, gelatin and D101 macroporous resin were determined by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry. Results: The transfer rates of total alkaloids and berberine in the above extracts were 72.08%, 65.28%, 68.49%, 65.61%, 58.06%, 44.49%, 48.62%, 36.11% respectively. CONCLUSION: The technological route of extracting the extract from Coptis chinensis Franch with ethanol, the method of concentration, alcohol precipitation, gelatin precipitation, adsorption and elution of D101 macroporous resin is effective and feasible.
