目的:研究神经生长因子(NGF)对缺血性脑损伤中神经细胞凋亡的影响。方法:采用大鼠全脑缺血模型,TUNEL方法原位标记DNA片段,观察脑室内注射NGF后海马CA1区神经细胞凋亡的变化。结果:使用NGF后3日海马CA1区TUNEL阳性神经细胞数为锥体细胞总数的13.9%±11.6%,与缺血对照组(21.3%±13.7%)比较显著减少(P<0.01)。结论:外源性NGF对脑缺血所致的神经细胞凋亡可能具有一定的保护作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on the apoptosis of nerve cells in ischemic brain injury. Methods: DNA fragments were labeled in situ by rat brain ischemia model and TUNEL method. Apoptosis of hippocampal CA1 neurons was observed after intracerebroventricular injection of NGF. Results: The number of TUNEL-positive neurons in hippocampal CA1 region was 13.9% ± 11.6% of the total number of pyramidal cells in the hippocampus on the 3rd day after NGF administration, significantly decreased compared with the ischemic control group (21.3% ± 13.7%) (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Exogenous NGF may have some protective effects on the apoptosis of neural cells induced by cerebral ischemia
