目的:探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在上皮性卵巢癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测13例浆液性囊腺瘤、10例交界性囊腺瘤、70例囊腺癌组织中COX-2及VEGF的表达。结果:①COX-2表达强度在浆液性囊腺瘤和囊腺癌间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);COX-2表达强度在上皮性卵巢癌的不同临床分期(早期、晚期)间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。②VEGF表达强度在浆液性囊腺瘤和囊腺癌间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);在浆液性囊腺瘤和交界性囊性瘤间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);VEGF阳性表达率早期上皮性卵巢癌低于晚期(P<0.05),无淋巴结转移组低于有淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。③COX-2及VEGF在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达具有协同作用。结论:COX-2与VEGF在上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展中起着不同的作用,二者的联合监测对卵巢癌的诊断、临床分期、预后有指导作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the development of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF in 13 cases of serous cystadenoma, 10 cases of borderline cystadenoma and 70 cases of cystadenocarcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results: ① The expression of COX-2 was significantly different between serous cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma (P <0.05). The expression of COX-2 was significantly different between different clinical stages (early stage and late stage) of epithelial ovarian cancer The difference was significant (P <0.05). ② The expression of VEGF was significantly different between serous cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma (P <0.05); the difference between serous cystadenoma and borderline cystic tumor was significant (P <0.05); VEGF The positive expression rate of early stage epithelial ovarian cancer was lower than that of the late stage (P <0.05), and no lymph node metastasis was lower than that of lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). ③ COX-2 and VEGF expression in epithelial ovarian cancer have synergistic effects. CONCLUSIONS: COX-2 and VEGF play different roles in the development of epithelial ovarian cancer. The combined monitoring of these two factors may play an instructive role in the diagnosis, clinical stage and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
