针对高斯型随机位相畸变,应用夫琅和费(Fraunhofer)衍射积分研究了畸变光束的聚焦特性和光束质量M2因子,给出了它们随位相畸变特征量变化的近似分析和数值计算结果,可为高功率激光器的设计提供理论依据。
Focusing on the Gaussian random phase distortion, the focusing characteristics and beam quality M2 factor of the distorted beam are studied by Fraunhofer diffraction integral. The approximate analysis and numerical calculation results of their characteristics of phase distortion are given. High-power laser design provides the theoretical basis.
