The anti-T cell monoclonal antibody CD (ClustersofDifferentiation) series, chronic pulmonary heart disease in 20 cases of acute and 12 cases of remission and control group of 17 cases of T cell subsets changes were observed and compared. The correlation between blood gas changes in some patients and changes of skin PHA test and CD4 / CD8 ratio was analyzed. The results showed that in the acute phase of chronic pulmonary heart disease, the number of CD4 cells decreased and the ratio of CD4 / CD8 decreased while there was no significant change in T cell subsets during remission. The changes of CD4 / CD8 ratio were correlated with PaO2 and arterial oxygenation Saturation (SaO2) was positive correlation; PHA skin test in most patients with acute phase (10/12) was lower than normal. Chronic pulmonary heart disease in patients with abnormal T cell subsets and cellular immune function decline, this change may be secondary to the body’s hypoxia.
