A “strange” phenomenon is encountered in decoupling or stress-strain measurements prior to composite blade load calibration: the strain (or stress) measured at the boundary of the paddle transitional section is proportional to the “ Section hypothesis ”regulations do not match. In this paper, the phenomenon which is encountered during the decoupling of the tail rotor blades before calibration is deduced, and then the finite element is used to analyze the force transfer of the blade. The qualitative conclusions are given. The purpose of this article is to model and apply it to the model work to guide future patch position selection for composite paddle load measurement.
